Objectives

The MENTOR Initiative under Global Funds for Malaria is working with partners in Somaliland, Puntland and South Central Zone of Somalia to achieve the following objectives:

1. Strengthen the capacity of partners to implement emergency response plans for malaria
2. Develop emergency response plans for all three regions
3. Implement Emergency Response Plans and ensure prepositioning of stocks for immediate response
4. Provide clinical training to all health staff working in the three regions.
