Programme Support Coordinator – Chad
The Operations Support Coordinator (OSC) will assist MENTOR Chad in the overall implementation of programme support operations/services. The consultant will be the support manager for the national staff Head of Departments for Logistics, Finance and Administration. Reporting to the Country Director (CD), and will assist the CD in overseeing the management of financial aspects of the progarmme and will ensure that MENTOR Finance, Logistics, HR and Admin policies are adhered to. OSC will closely support the MENTOR technical team with other specialists including vector control, VBD prevention, IEC/BCC, and medical teams. The critical task is to ensure the programme achieves its objectives in all support related activities in accordance with the programme grant/award(s).
Responsible with the CD for compliance with the policies and procedures set out in MENTOR’s Programme Finance, Logistics, HR/Admin manuals and other policy/procedure guidelines that are applicable to a specific activity or situation (e.g. Security, Finance, HR policies and Logistics).

Deputy Programme Coordinator – Central African Republic
The Deputy Programme Coordinator is a member of the Country Management Team (CMT)and participates in the development of the mission’s programme strategies and the quality of the programmes throughout the project cycle, from conception, to implementation and assessment, with an emphasis on monitoring and evaluation and accountability. S/he works under the direct management of the Programme Coordinator (PC) and collaborates closely with the field programme coordination team and base coordinators to assess, implement and follow-up on all health aspects of the programmes as per logical frameworks and/or in accordance with the programme grant/award specifications.
The current programme is supported by a host of donors, including: DFID, OFDA, UNICEF, the Swiss Cooperation, WHO and the Humanitarian Fund for the Central African Republic.

Emergency Team Technical Placement (ETTP) – The MENTOR Initiative HQ
The Technical Placement supports MENTOR’s Emergency Team (ET) in spearheading the organisation in responding to acute humanitarian needs that are caused by (complex) emergencies, disease outbreaks, and natural disasters, all within the organisation’s specific competence and experience. Given the nature of this mandate, this will require the Technical Placement to be flexible within the specific job purpose, which will in part be contingent on the needs of the Emergency Team. But above all, we look for a hands-on person with strong written and oral skills and sound sense of humour.
